Chipotle Mexican Grill

Really enjoy visiting Chipotle near UNCG! This spot has always had great and fresh choices, never have I received cold food here. Love the burrito and the tortilla chips available from Chipotle! Their meat selection is always off the chain, and their limited-time promotions like the Smoked Brisket is a fan favorite! If you choose to visit this restaurant, there is also an Insomnia Cookies right beside the spot. So once you are done having a great burrito, you can go pick up dessert!

I placed a mobile app order (confirmation #: Y79-RA1) and it was set to be pick up at 8:50pm. I arrived around 9:00pm and got in line to order a burrito for my wife who said last minute she wanted one to have for lunch tomorrow. I figured my mobile order would be waiting for me after I paid for the extra order. To my surprise my order was not on the shelf ready at about 9:10 pm, 20min after the original order pickup time. I was told that my order had to be remade due to a mistake. As I stood there I watched as 5 separate mobile app orders were completed before mine was. Then when I get home I am not even a quarter through the burrito before I realize it is absolutely doused in red tamatillo sauce when I asked for light and there was barely any sour cream than the normal amount. I was not able to finish the burrito at all. Highly disappointed when I usually always have a great experience at this location. Very disappointing experience tonight.

such a poor experience. i walked in and there was one person waiting in front of me and it was a couple minutes until they were served. quite a few people "working" but wouldn't get on the line to serve anyone. one person who stepped on did everything while a girl just stood at the register not helping watching a line form to the door. looked to be a manager on duty too but everybody was doing their own thing

Chipotle is generally a good option for fresh food. Unfortunately, today was not great. They ran out of brown and white rice causing a 8-10 minute wait. I ordered two bowls steak and chicken. The steak was over cooked and it tasted as if it had been sitting out for days on end. The customer service was subpar at best. The employees were not very friendly and appeared to not want to be at work. I recommend visiting other locations and refraining from the one by UNCG.

Tried to make me order online for some onions and peppers…. I was already in the restaurant and the restaurant had them on the grill but told me they was for online orders only. You know usually the places w good customer service would just put the onions and peppers in the bowl but this one told me to order online………
