30 mins for drive thru rushed me through my order was rude food was.cold sprite was bad needed to be changed didn't want to argue about it. Left unsatisfied checked food in drive thru all food was cold. Went to second window bec no one was at the first window older man took my order younger girl at second window was talking down to older man so sad he was old enough to be my grandfather and they were disrespected children only one girl said have a nice night and smiled she got a 10.00 tip from me should have gotten her name but it was 3/18/2022 at 11:20 pm whole Shift accept her that I gave 10.00 too and the older man running first drive thru window even though he was older and needed to be home rested deserve a raise cooks that give out cold and nasty food and all other staff that night was rude handed food out and snapped at the older man needed to be fired. I will never come back no more tips from me.

Has Wendy’s just given up as a franchise? This isn’t the first time there’s been an issue with their card processing. I sat in the drive-thru for more than 30 minutes yesterday in this 90 degree heat. Only to finally get to the window to pay for them to swipe my card and say “it’s declined”. I get a notice from Wells Fargo saying “card declined due to processing error”. This has happened at Wendy’s before. I don’t have cash or any other payment method. There’s money in my bank account so why can’t you use this card? Gas is the highest it’s been in ages. You know your machine isn’t working correctly, please stop wasting my time. I drove next door to Arby’s immediately after and they ran the EXACT same card just fine. Really over Wendy’s.

Fast food... I think not. After ordering and paying for my food today I had to wait 15 mins before receiving my order. When I asked for a refund because I had to get to work the manager responded with such attitude and said, "I'm fixing it now and it'll be about 3 more mins" before closing the window and walking away. I will drive on the other side of town before I eat at this location again. Just ridiculous.

Worst Wendy’s ever! Rude servers, called them to tell them my order was completely wrong they said “I don’t care” and hung up on me. Sat there for an hour. Didnt get a single thing I ordered, didn’t even get my drinks or fries. DONT GO THERE. You will waste your time and money and not even leave with your meal.
