Finally a nice BK restaurant, with beautiful modern wooden tables and chairs.
There is often no one inside because most people order take-out.
The staff is not really friendly. Is it so complicated to say "hello" "thank you" "have a nice day" to customers? Is it too much to ask for a sense of welcome and client service?

I came in to see that big handsome GM that was there but he's gone😣 At least LiLi and Tish are still there! They're so kind and accommodating! I love this BK! For the ones who leave 1 star reviews about food being subpar when you ordered it through a delivery app, how about you get up and get it yourself. Of course it's not good, 45 minutes after you ordered it. Stop being petty and lazy.

I visited the Burger King on Spring Garden Street and it was around lunch time. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had, the gentleman working the drive thru was so pleasant and showed great customer service. Well I went back that night and got the worst service ever, the young lady in the drive thru was so rude and turned her back to us.I had to Sk for my change. HORRIBLE!!!

I was the only car in line i waited 4min so im thinking they're going to give me fresh food. My burger was COLD and fries were stale. I wont visit this location ever again!

Ordered breakfast from here via delivery app one day, and most things I ordered arrived hard, stale and very lukewarm. French toast sticks were stale and too tough to chew. Its sad that a fast food restaurant can't ensure that people get fresh food at a good temperature. Very disappointed.

It was really sloppy and gave barely any pickles when i asked for extra, buns look like they were thrown on the floor and the fries were salty. The burgers were also messy but kinda good so if you have no resort here is okay i guess.

I love the people at this Burger King. There's ones closer to my worker but they don't have the awesome workers that this one has. Even though they are short-handed they are on point. LOVE YOU GUYS.. see you for breakfast Monday!!!!!!
