My son and I stop by Subway at Walmart in Gloucester to have lunch... So no employees were around so I rang the bell somebody said hold on be there in a minute wait three or four minutes before they come out.. the counter with the food they make the food was a total mess I'm sending you a video of it they never cleaned it up while making our food they just laid the wrapping paper over top of this unclean counter and proceeded to make our subs.so I won't be going back to the Gloucester Walmart Subway for subs.. I just needed to bring this to somebody's attention..

I don't understand why the people making food in this restaurant do not care enough about their customers to put a mask on. There's still a pandemic going on. They're talking over the food and holding conversations with each other. They have to talk to ask about the condiments. This needs to be addressed since people are still contacting and dying from this disease in Gloucester.

The food was very good but the lettuce had pieces of other stuff in it. The employee grabbed one of the pieces and quickly threw it out. The bin of tomatoes were almost empty so the tomatoes were soaking in their juice. I did not have either put on my sub.

The bread was sour & the lettuce was brown. None of the toppings had any flavor. I've never thrown away a subway sandwich until today. My fault for trusting a subway restaurant inside of a Walmart.

Subway is my favorite place to go get my meatball subs and the cookies there are really delicious which I really love the white chocolate chips cookies and for when it comes to the kids meals there it comes in awesome looking bags. The workers there are really nice and friendly people that help make your sub just the way that you want it.

Very upset because of employee, extremely rude and tossed food everywhere and he needs to be taught customer service alt better. Very disappointed and may not return.

Your typical well functioning fast food chain subway. If you like subway and the area this one definently up to par on service food. Sometimes fast food chains have problem stores, this isn't one.
