The crust was chewy. It was almost like card board. Pizza hut has definitely gone down hill.

Good pizza, order correct and pretty quick. We called ahead and picked up.

One of my pizza was not cover with sauce and cheese so it was burnt. Manager did replace my entire order.

I ordered delivery to my apartment. I live in an apartment building- the driver left my order outside the building and not outside my door. Haad my grandson not looked out the window and saw him set it outside we would not have known it had arrive and the animals would have had a feast.

If someone orders pizza with extra sauce put extra sauce on the pizza, there was almost none on mine.

I ordered a Detroit Specialty pizza and was charged instantly and came to pick up pizza. Worker bought pizza to car and had some cups of marinara on the side and I asked what it was for and was told that they were out of the Detroit sauce so they substituted by giving cups of marinara. This is nothing that has ever happened with Day shift. I wasn’t offered a complimentary pizza for replacement and only choice I had was wait until they refunded my card. Doesn’t seem exactly professional.

I had requested contactless curbside pick up with all my vehicles information and when I pulled up to pick up my pizza, employees kept looking out the door at my vehicle but ignored the fact that I was in the parking spot waiting and never came to deliver my pizza. I waited for about 8 minutes in the parking spot for my pizza (that I was notified was ready) until I had to unbuckle my crying baby and take her in with me to get my pizza. I was very disappointed at the inconvenience of having to go in and possible exposure when I had indicated contactless curbside pick up.

This store is always spot on. The manager always takes care of us. If I make an error on my order, she always fixes the problem. Never have to wait for my orders. Always ready when I arrive for pick-up.
