Applebee's

Service was pitiful, neglectful. Seated right away, wasn't very busy, but we waited for 10 minutes before being approached about beverage orders. Waited an additional 10 minutes before they took our food order. Waited at least 20 minutes for our appetizer, had to interrupt the waitress from her personal conversation with another table to inquire about the appetizer (current running time 40 minutes before getting any food). We had to track down our waitress to get silverware and napkins. Finally when our meals came, the kid's meal came with no sides or condiments. I mean, come on! You can't eat mozzarella sticks without marinara! The food was awesome and delicious, thankfully thus the 2 stars. Manager looked disheveled and his shirt was untucked. Apologized for the issues with the gripe about good help is hard to find since Covid. How about you do better at training? There are good people out there who want to work; they just need the proper example.

First time at this location. Arrived around 4PM. Sat at the bar. Bartender was friendly and prompt. Wife and I ordered Fish and Chips. The beer batter was as good as it gets. Good and crunchy. Coke slaw had a good flavor. They gave us plenty of food. Good job crew. We will be back when we get in Glouseter again.

Food was very good. However the entree was bought out before the appetizer so by the time we ate the entree we didn't want the appetizers so we had to take the appetizer with us but other than that everything was delicious there wasn't a long way I waitress was fairly friendly they were busy that day so

I’ve been trying for over an hour to place an order and I get a recording that says everyone is busy hang up and call back later goodbye! On Monday I was in the lot waiting to get an order for almost an hour. If it wasn’t the best place in town to get a salad to go I’d quit trying, maybe I should anyway.
