3/27/22 Waited almost two hours in the drive thru, got home and saw the patty was missing a pretty large chunk of it. Did they think I wouldn’t notice?

Went on a Thursday night and they were extremely busy, however the staff and manager on duty that night got food/orders moving out quicker than any other what a burger I've been to.. and the night manager was on point and my order was out on record time and all correct!!! Will definitely be going again!!!

This is one of the best Whataburger I have gone too. Ruby who takes your order always greats you with a smile. I never had an order wrong when she is taking it. She also goes out of her way to make the customers feel welcome. I have gone to other locations in different towns and they are not run as well as the Buda location.

Came at 11pm for the Spicy Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. Came back at 1:30am for a meal because the service and food were excellent. Both times, this location delivered great quality in great time.

I've tried over and over to like this place but it's simply just not good. The food always tastes old and/or cold when you get it. Last visit we waited in our car for 20 minutes for an apple walnut salad and the apples were brown and the lettuce wasn't crispy. Super disappointing

This place is burgers are literally some of the best and all of America there's a flame broil taste that is just very unique to Whataburger they're tiny barbecue sauce I had the southern bacon and I live in Colorado and I work in Texas off and on but I just love this place I love the people that are there there's an attention to detail in a very select manner the burgers look like they are made with care and The taste is off the hook

Boy cashier never said a word except to repeat my order wrong thn upset I corrected him. I get it you dont want to be there espc.early but that is located where 99% of customers are travelling tired and hungry.
