Lobby was closed but no sign or notice given. Kept getting cut off by staff while trying to order. One order was short shrimp while the other had extra chicken. Fry oil desperately needed filtered. Out of sauces. Food was ok but we won't be back. Just an overall not great experience.

Went inside the floor was so slick it was unsafe and other people were sliding around maybe changing the mop water once a year is not so smart. This store it's time to close down permanently. Cashier was very nice. Maybe a new manager?

Twice now we have gone to this Long Johns and asked for krums and yet again was not given them… won’t be going to this one again.

Had to wait at the counter for about 15 minutes while the worker was outside smoking. There was one worker standing there, she never once greeted us, or say he would be right there to take our order. Very rude. The meal was ok seemed like it was cold. I will definitely go to the North Topeka Long John Silvers

Order has been wrong last two times I've come here.Asked for one side, got a different one. Out of several different drinks on the fountain, They ask if I want sauces and then are out of most of them and don't put in the ones they do have. No Napkins, no utensils. They want to argue with me about my order when I try and have it corrected.

I was very impressed.. I did have to wait about 10 minutes in the drive through, but I'm ok with that when the food is hot and fresh

Had to pick a alternative side because they didn't have enough made up. Then they forgot to give us the side. Food we got was fresh and tasted great.
