Mayking Coffee

Only the bar was open due to some.mysterious renovations in the dining room, didnt see anything going on. Food was ok. Chicken fried steak was a little greasy but good, chips and queso were average but chips were stale. Chicken salad was great. Service at the bar was great and turn around time was very fast for food.

This was maybe the worst experience I have ever had in 31 years of being alive and eating at a restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for the waiter to get to us, 10 minutes for our drinks, 10 minutes until she came back to take our orders, 20 mintues for a burger and grilled chicken. The chicken came out undercooked. It was pink and raw in the middle. Sent that back. I took 1 bite into my undercooked burger. Sent that back. Rinse and repeat. It took 10-15 minutes for us to flag down the waitress, to make the complaint. She told us that we could go downstairs for the show and she would bring our food down. So we left to go downstairs for the music. We sat through the opening act and 15 minutes of the band before I went back up to check on our food. The waitress complained that I was asking to cancel our order completely. They maybe, reluctantly refunded my money, but not before they interrupted my explanation as to why I feel I should not need to pay for food we never got. -5 stars. Garbage. Go to anywhere else. Anywhere.

If i could give zero stars I would. One of the worst experiences of my life. I had a very hangry baby and all the server Shannon wanted to do was talk about me and my kids to other customers and make me feel horrible. I had to get my food togo took a hour for food. Some food wasn't cooked, some was over cooked and don't get me started on the amount of pepper on mine. Will never go here again. Server had zero right on how she treated me and talking bad about me and my kids to other customers. Unprofessional

Very slow all the way around. Took over half hour to order food, 40 min to get food (chef salads, no cooking involved) and another 40 min to get a ticket to pay for food. Very nice staff but it's a hotel restaurant. Surely they deal with large groups, conventions etc. all the time. Surely this isn't the first time the place was busy.

Their Facebook page is totally wrong. All of their sites say they are open until 10 pm but was told they close at 9:30 pm. All the menus they picture, (including the ones that say current menu) are not current. We were told they don't have anything we planned to order. And they are supposed to offer room service, told we would have to go down. They were NOT busy.

As long as the 2nd waitress didn't have anything to do with us....it was great. Food is so much better than years past. So 4 stars. Our waitress was good, but this other waitress came up said she would take us, our waitress no she needed to take the phone order. The 2nd waitress was not ok to do that. Our waitress got our stuff then the 2nd waitress came by was then help us, but just made me more upset, went told our waitress something. I then told our waitress what was wrong with what the 2nd waitress was doing and that was why I asked her to leave, ask our waitress to take care of us. But butting in to another waitresses table and giving weird faces and being rude..not ok.
