Casey's

Went in for gas and a slice of pizza for lunch today (Feb. 28th) around 11:30 and boy was I disappointed... The line was six or seven people deep with only one cashier taking care of customers, at lunchtime. After paying for my fuel and pizza I started the pump then looked for a squeege to wash the windshield which wasn't where it was supposed to be, in the water container.which full trash a no water. But the pizza was pretty damn good.

Pizza is good. But last time I went it wasn't cut all the way through and I had to cut it at home. Then the cashier was disgustingly picking her nose with a tissue in the open for everyone to see. Probably won't go back to this location. Wish I had pics to show the pizza and how it wasn't sliced through. Worthless employees can't even cut pizza anymore.

I never though I would say this but pizza hut far out did casey's . I ordered a large beef half mushroom/half onions and a 20 piece boneless wing.I had to repeat the order 3 times , and then when we went to get it they tried to give us 4 boxes of cheesy potatoes, so needless to say we had to wait for pizza and wings to cook. there was atleast 10 other people waiting, and when we got home it was not completely cook . I had to recook everything. this was friday night , pizza hut to night was excellent, on time, and no stress

Absolutely terrible. Ordered pizza through doordash which had a wait time of 2 hours. (Ordered at 4pm) Okay no problem. The lady making the pizzas didn't even give the dasher the pizza. She only gave the lady the extras I ordered. Called up to Casey's to ask where my pizza is, she said she'd only give us the pizzas if the driver came back to pick it up. Can't do that as you can't call the dasher to let them know. My fiance went up there to grab the pizzas but keep in mind now its been 3 hours since I first ordered. He brought the pizzas home and they were cold.(7pm) Ended up throwing them away. I called many times to get a refund and I've still never gotten my refund. I'm not ordering Casey's again. I would still love my money back. Terrible business practice and employees.

Very disappointed with the pizza from Casey’s on 21st. Have gotten gluten free pizza from the a couple of times and it was always pretty good. Not fabulous, but good and cooked perfectly with the right amount of toppings. Not last night. We ordered two gluten free pizzas and both were very skimpy on the toppings and the crust was way overcooked. Did not have time to take them back for a do over so we had to make do. One pizza was beef, onions and green peppers, along with the standard cheese and sauce, but it had maybe 4 slices of green pepper and barely any onion. The second pizza was also way short of toppings. Hardly any black olives or onions to be found. $32+ for two poorly made pizzas means I’m not inclined to go back. Have to find another source for gluten free pizzas or start making our own I guess.

I love the fact that while I am waiting for my pizza the cashier whom seems to talking to an off the clock staff is complaining about customer's. I'm sorry but you work in customer service. If you need to vent dont do it behind the counter while other patrons who spend their money for your paycheck can here you . Wait til you get home or take it to the back room. Made my time waiting today uncomfortable. Kitchen staff was very friendly

We called to order cheese bread, pizza, and wings. When we picked up our food they informed us that they were out of cheese bread, but they could make us a small cheese pizza instead, however they would have to charge us more than our already paid for meal. Our other pizza was made incorrectly, we ordered half sausage half pepperoni. We received a whole pepperoni pizza. I'm sad that this is how my first experience went with the new Casey's, because I LOVE their pizza. Our pizza tonight was good, but our whole order was incorrect..
