Casey's

Kind of annoyed. I went to visit a friend and needed gas so of course I stop at Casey’s! I tried three different gas pumps, not a single one would take or read my card. I even tried multiple cards. Which did give me a notification that it charged me a $1 on my credit card, but still wouldn’t accept it. So I went inside stood by the counter for atleast 3-5 minutes until the employees decided to look up from their phone and see I was there. I asked them if it was my card or their pumps that was off because honestly, I didn’t know! The guy had no answer and just looked confused. Then a lady who looked like a customer getting coffee said “our pumps just don’t take cards” I saw so many people getting gas? And why would there not be a sign saying your card readers are not working?

2nd time pizza was made incorrectly. When I called was rudely told, 'When ordering online I need to remove items I don't want.' Yes, I clearly understand and that was not the case. They added ingredients that were not suppose to be on the pizza to begin with. After arguing with me, the customer, talked down to me saying how they following ingredient cards. He didnt even bother to apologize they were in the wrong to begin with. They offered no resolution after I refused to get back out tonight to get a new pizza. Was immediately spoke to with attitude after explaining I had an issue with my order. Horrible customer service! Do NOT recommend!
