Panda Express

Got excited because I thought I found the only location to serve Sweetfire Chicken as per their app they ask if you are looking for a specific item to find their location in Pittsburg on Railroad claims that have it online but called to confirm they do before I drove to be only DISAPPOINTED....false advertisement and a complete desappointment in the discontinueing what seemed to be a popular item on their menu....chicken, bell peppers, onions and pineapple in their glaze and you can't serve it. Not a Happy camper, won't be eating at Panda Express. I even hate having to rate them a single star but it was the only way to post a review

It does get packed at times but always fast & fresh food. Good service always kind even dealing with difficult tacky customers. Food is good here as always. Parking is free & scarce in front of restaurant but you can find parking in the connecting parking lot. Update: The honey sesame chicken 🐔 was surprisingly tender and really, really delicious 😋 😍 😜 👌🏽! I recommend trying it at least once.

Slow and kind of rude. I went there today to do a doordash and I got ahold of somebody right away they said that the order was waiting for chow mein as they waited for about seven more minutes I had to get her again and ask what happened. She informed me that they also need rice which would have been really nice to know about 10 minutes ago I could have cancel the order and delivered the one I already had in my car. They should be more responsible about letting doordashers and other delivery people know what is going on with the order instead of ignoring them. When I finally got the order I was very friendly and said thank you very much and the lady said absolutely nothing she just looked at me rude. I really cannot stand bad customer service it really upsets me! Not only that it seems like they're very unorganized inside the kitchen they were doing orders all over the place in the wrong order which I absolutely can't stand.
