Napoli

I ate at Napoli's frequently 5-10 years ago, and always experienced great food and service. We visited this evening, and were provided with a long wait (although only four tables were occupied), incorrect orders, cold food, and terrible service. To rub salt in the wound, the owner came to our table and told us the reason for the wait and mistakes was because they received a large order and it was "more important because it brings in more money." No attempt was made to rectify the issues, and the owner's attitude alone was enough for us to say we'll never be back.

My wife and I have been going to and ordering delivery from them for over 7 years. We have always been pleased until this time. We always order the Napolis Platter which is enough food for 2 meals. However this time when we opened the container it looked like something I could be in the frozen tv dinner section. I spoke with the owner he apologized and offered to bring me a replacement at my date of choosing. When the meals were delivered they were what I had expected the week before. Delicious food and plenty of it. I would have given 5 stars but due to what happened the first time I could not justify it.

Waited for 50 minutes, waitress only showed up a couple of times, then they brought out only half our meals only marginally warm and then another 10 minutes went by before the other half came out and then when we got our bill there was zero offer to make amends for the terrible service. Not an acceptable action by a restaurant. All we got was a perfunctory sorry. Not impressed.
