Dunkin'

I have used drive through Doordash and dine in. Everytime is the same! Usually unfriendly people for dine in or pickup. I have literally drove through to get new items advertised like NEW and they tell me they no longer carry it. I have Doordashed donuts at 8:00Am just for my dasher to tell me they only have one kind of donut left. Ridiculous at 8:00AM? They barley put any frosting. This is to be frugal. The icing barley covers the top and you can usually see through their very thin layer iced. You can sometimes get the drink you order but only if they have the syrup. They usually don't and only have carmel or sugar free syrups. The food as in "none donuts" is usually always available. This store needs help!

Needed my evening iced coffee fix so I placed a mobile order at 10:04 pm on my way to DD. Their app said they were open until 10:30 pm and I got there at 10:06 pm. The place was dark but employees were inside and saw me but wouldn't come to the window. I waited a few minutes until they came out the side door and tried to avoid me, but I told them I had a mobile order. They told me they were closed. I told them their app said they don't close until 10:30 pm and deducted money from my account for my order. She told me to come back tomorrow because the hours are wrong on Google and they close at 10 because of covid... I told her it's the DD app that says open til 10:30 pm... Lucky them... They sure had their large iced coffee orders in drink carriers though... I guess I didn't need mine tonight but glad they got theirs!! I'll call contact corporate tomorrow for a refund and visit my local DD tomorrow, since this one was on my way home from work but is not the closest to my house on my day off tomorrow... ugh.

Holy shiiii what a mean man who works today 12/27/21 at 2:00 pm my 3 yr old said umm..yuck what a mean man, perhaps a bad day 🤷‍♀️ unacceptable though!😆 he was not cool and should absolutely not hold employment at such a place where interacting with others is a necessity. I had a window shut in my face, drove from Out of town and preordered and paid for my coffee from this location, and he flipped me Off, had to go elsewhere. So rude.

Extremely rude manager and very poor customer service. I placed 2 separate mobile orders this morning to pick up through the drive thru. They told me they didn't show the 2nd order on their end, so I showed them on my phone, which shows the items ordered, time and date. After speaking to 3 employees (one was the manager) and showing them that I ordered and already paid through the app, they asked me to come inside because they had a big line. I told them I would rather not come inside and showed them my order again. Still, they refused to give me the items I paid for. It obviously became my problem that they had a lot of people waiting in the drive thru. I ended up going inside and showed the manager again my order on my phone. She still said we don't have it on our end. Finally after explaining and showing her that I wanted what I paid for. She gave the items to me. Why on earth did they have to argue to this extent with me and not just take care of it when I first showed them in the drive thru line. I advised them I will never visit this establishment again. That is not how you take care of a paying customer with proof of purchase. This could have been an easy fix and ended up into an unnecessary back and forth argument. Sad.
