Burger King

Did I get served the day old sausage and hash browns?!?!?!! This happened twice at the Blk on Forest Pkwy and Jonesboro Rd. The first time about two months ago……so I didn’t go there until today and waylaid!!!!!! The same thing. The food is OlD…..Tastes OLD……and had specks of burn char on both the bread and sausage and the sausage was wrinkled like Waterlogged! I’m Shzkinh My Head……won’t go there again! And both times the same heavyweight girl was working and serving at the drive through window! And both times……my hash browns were sticking together, even though they appeared to be over cooked ….were they twice fried??????? Hmmmmmmmm. This is not good service.

I haven't given a BK a 5 star review in a long time if ever but today is for a good reason. I stopped by to get a Whopper Jr and decided on the Ch'King chicken sandwich and I'm glad I did. Pretty amazing sandwich. I got the regular not the spicy and the breading is delicious. Chicken was perfectly cooked with mayo and pickles on it on a brioche type bun. Perfect with a small coke. The best part of the experience was the drive through service. The lady that took my order and money was wonderful. Her name was Santrice I believe (Sorry if I spelled it wrong!). If the world had more employees like her it would be a greater place to live. She was very professional, extremely polite, very helpful with my selection and an absolute sweet person. That's why this location deserves a 5 star for my business, that one employee made my day and in these tough times just knowing there are great employees out there like this (when no one else seems to want to come to work) is wonderful. I must add that the rest of the staff was also efficient and professional from what I could see. Great job guys and THANKS AGAIN Santrice!

I have to say they have the worst attitudes and customer service if your looking for fast food don't go here they are in no rush. Manager was a heavy set lady who told me she didn't respond to me making my order because she was "Back here working"! As she said then talked to me through the intercom as if I was bothering her by placing an order. Also I asked her name she did not want to give , but let me know she was the manager. Wow if that's the manager I feel bad for the staff.Just Terrible!

This place is just ridiculous. They're suppose to be open at 6. Thats not true. Its always only drive thru only. The workers be sleeping in thetherside on the table and chairs. They had a roach on the floor alive ones and dead ones. Someone needs to get to cleaning around there.Thats a health code violation right there.

Your typical Cattle-call burger king. Ran by the franchise operators that own the burger king store up the road in forest park. Typical disgusting environment, led with inexperienced and incompetent managers. Unclean and unkept bathroom and service areas. Dining area was even worse. A visit from the health inspector is definitely in order.
