My mom went and bought me breakfast for my birthday. It was great but they forgot my sausage. I called to let them know and the lady said I took your order and personally made it. I told her I enjoyed it and I appreciate you but you forgot it and that's okay, not a big deal. She told me I order there all the time and always have a problem. I told her I ask for things and purchase things a certain way. If I'm missing something, I'm going to send it back and ask for it. The receipt said sausage egg and cheese and the paper they sent to the kitchen said egg and cheese. I'm sorry that I want what I order. But when I call to tell you that made a mistake and you hang up in my face that's a problem. It was very rude and I don't want to come back now. And I know that makes you happy. You don't want my business anyway. Yes, I ate it all, it's my usual order so I wasn't upset then. But you would see grease on it if the sausage was ever on there. I wouldn't have called if it was right. I smile and leave when it's right. Ask the girl who served me last week.

Great food. Fast friendly service. Dine in or carry out. Nice size portions of food for your money. Its not very expensive. ITS like $4 for a chicken biscuit. And its bigger then a saucer plate..Go there every chance I get. I've got the whole family hooked on Martins. Dont let the line scare you if you pull up and its backed up to the road. They move quick. And its worth every penny you'll see. Haven't had anything from there I don't like. And they have some of the BEST SWEET TEA too lol.

They have what's called a breakfast plate, a normal person would assume that it comes with more than just a biscuit, egg, and your choice of meat + cheese. I say that to say that they also have a biscuit menu comes just as above without the cheese or the plate. So don't order the "breakfast plate" if you just want a biscuit. 3 stars because the "biscuit on a plate" tasted ok but I had to add grits as a side which to me does not qualify as a breakfast plate.

I ordered two large cheese grits only to get back home and realized they didn’t add any cheese to either of them. I called the store and was told to bring the receipt and with the price of gas and lets not mention the long wait time in the drivethru lane, I thought this was ridiculous since I only ordered grits. I stopped going there before because of the food and service and looks like I won’t be going back.

I've been wanting to try their breakfast for years!! I finally had a chance yesterday. I loved my food, but not my experience. The drive-thru was very busy, but from the hype I didn't mind waiting. I finally reached the window and the cashier opened it and literally starts counting out loud and exclaims that she had to gather herself before she uttered words that were distasteful. I just nodded. After waiting so long, I was thirsty. So, I asked for a large sweet tea with my order. She said, "Because of people like you, that's why the line is so long! You all are killing me"! I was so stunned and felt like the attitude and expression on her face was highly uncalled for. I understand that it's frustrating to have to deal with the public sometimes. But, if you can't handle the stress... then you need to find another type of employment.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The biscuits are dry. The steak was dry and overcooked. I paid 15 bucks for food that i ended up throwing away. I asked for small order grits, not realizing they came in cups used for condiments i.e ketchup etc. This place has really gone downhill. Never again will they get my money.

The biscuits are fantastic. This review is a result of the drive thru. Today, it took 21 minutes to get through the drive thru. Gas is expensive. It’s bad enough the drive thru is slow, but now I have to pay for the privilege of waiting so long. One solution? Open the dining room. Martins is the last few restaurants with a closed dining room. I noticed that restaurants with a closed dining room have disastrous drive thru. OPEN UP! IT’S LONG PAST TIME!
