Dunkin'

Had to stay in the neighborhood to pick my wife up from work while we had some work done on a vehicle. I camped here for a while working and enjoying the quiet of an almost empty restaurant for a few hours. The staff were really friendly. I ordered one of the new sourdough breakfast sandwiches, I opted for the bacon egg and cheese, and it was delicious! It needed a little salt, but it was crunchy, chewy, and tasty. I had to leave for a while and wasn't able to get back here because when I returned, the dining room was closed.

Great stop for a quick wake up or just to have a refreshing drink. I ordered the peppermint mocha with a shot of espresso. Blueberry cake donut and an original cake donut. So many different choices to choose from, it's kinda hard to decide. All was fresh and flavored. I will be back when I have time before work.

I rarely go to this location anymore even though it's closer to me. I'd rather visit the one on Tara Blvd because my coffee always tastes AMAZING. Almost every time I get coffee from this location in Lake City I end up with TONS OF COFFEE grinds in the bottom of my cup. This leaves a very unpleasant taste. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it happens too much and only when I visit this particular location. Please do better.

I get out of work on Monday 7pm and the store already closed. It said closed at 10pm. The open sign is still on and I see 6 workers all sitting outside just chilling. If they are getting paid for those 3 hours for sitting outside I would work there too. It’s not worth my trip. This is not the first time this DD has done this. If they ran out of donuts I understand but they should still be able to serve drinks.

So never again!!! Very unprofessional. Had a lady with a dirty cast (broken arm) fixing my drinks. They had no mix left for my drinks so they started adding milk with NO MIX, so finally they made more blast mix for my last drink. No urgency for my order, walking around , asking each other how to make it 😩3 drinks don’t take 22 minutes. A waste of my time and money. Whoever is the manager or owner needs to rethink and retrain those employees if not just continue to receive bad reviews and lose customers and trust me I will spread the word. You can have good employees just stop being desperate and hire people who want to do right.
