Taco Bell

After I spread the food out… clumped up and sour cream at one bite of one side…. Barely chips in nacho belle grande… $40 of disappointing food… I work in food as well…. Not gonna choose to go there… we have choices make it good! Is what it is! And 4 people stood at window telling me food was correct n good… thanks a lot not again!

This morning I went through the drive through. The guy taking my order was friendly and helpful. And you could tell he was just a happy guy. The lady at the window was just as friendly. It makes you want to come back for more. Great customer service!!!!!!! Bravo!!!! These were adults working not kids. I love that!

Got there to dine in and was told they're doing only kiosk. I told the employee I don't know how to use a kiosk and he said it's easy and just walked away. Every table was filthy covered in food, and the service was very slow. Another gentleman was standing at the counter the whole time I was eating my dinner waiting for someone to take his cash so his order can begin. Definitely do not recommend this store, and I'll be going to either the other taco bell by South Park Mall or a local Mexican restaurant.

I don't like it when the employees look at you and they know that you walked in and you're still standing out the Colt counter for you know 23 minutes without anyone saying anything. I'm not saying that the food was bad but it was just standing there As a customer I don't think we're supposed to say anything to initiate a conversation 1st. I'm pretty sure that the employee is supposed to greet you at the door or when you come to the counter so that's what I expected.. Other than that it was A-OK

Your guys hours are always random.. sometimes they're close a little late and sometimes they close whatever time they want. Like 11. Plus their hours on Google it's never right. Food is never the same as other taco bells. For example they don't put enough sour cream or cheese. There hasn't been a time when I get a meal and something isn't missing. Thank good they open up that taco john in east Moline...

They leave you standing there without any type of customer service. Very rude! Stood there almost 15 minutes without anything being said to my Husband or myself until my husband asked can someone take or order & the loud mouth, rude young lady all she could do is yell at her coworker about how they are short handed and how we need to take our own order. All this rudeness with 2 cars in the drive thru. Yelling just yelling! We left because the level of attitude there was a fear of something negative would be done to our food. Try calming down and be polite instead of being focused on those spider leg eye lashes & yelling. Taco bell needs a new person in charge because this young lady is making y'all look super bad.
