Bent River Brewery

Great way to embrace these times of short staffed! Waitress being slammed but apologetic and greeted us warmly. Ordered drinks and waitress mentioned what they were out of so we wouldn’t be disappointed. Small menu but burgers, fries & slaw was hot & delicious. Patio has inviting shaded area that’s quiet & Beer was cold and flavorful.I believe our waitress was Tiffany who was professional, a hoot and great at what she does!

This is a nice brew pub restaurant. With a good selection of popular styles of beer, they also offer a traditional selection of brew pub grub. All of the usuals show up on the menu from pretzels and Cheese curds to various smoked meats and burgers. The food I had seemed to be made fresh in house. I would recommend stopping in and grabbing something to eat and maybe one of the many beers they offer to wash it down with.

The food was so-so. We decided to go here for a family dinner. My wife had another server dump a whole food tray on her back. Food was all over her coat, sweater and purse! Some worker grabbed her coat to clean it while she was in the restroom with my sister trying to clean her sweater and purse for 20 minutes. When my wife got back to the table, the server brought the bill and there was no comp! Our evening with the family stopped when the food was dumped on my wife. Later, the manager took $30 off of a $115 dollar bill. They where very anxious for us to leave. Another table complimented my wife on her composure. We will NEVER go back there and recommend others to NOT go there! The coat, sweater and purse are still needing cleaned. We wanted the owner’s information. The manager gave it to us and said “Have a good night.” Jerk move! A zero star rating would be more appropriate.

First time to visit Bent River in Moline. We have been to the other store. I had the fish and tater tots. My wife and friend of ours ordered the brisket sandwich and tater tots. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Each of us ordered different we drinks and they were very good as well. We will go back in the near future.

Terrible Service! My son and I ate there Saturday 4/30 and we came in and seated ourselves as the sign says. We sat there for more than 10 minutes and watched other customers come in and be given drinks and menus by the waitresses. Finally I got up and flagged down a waitress and asked if she could please find our waitress. FINALLY she came over and took our drink and dinner orders. When the food came we had still not been given napkins or silverware. A different waitress delivered the food and said she would get us silverware. I ate my pretzel stick but did not want to eat my mac and cheese by hand, so after waiting five minutes I got up and got the silverware myself. Our waitress never checked on us and I had to flag her down to refill my son's drink. I will say the food was delicious but the service stinks and I won't be back to this location ever and don't recommend it for anyone. If you're in Moline I recommend River's Edge which is only two blocks away. I did give the waitress a tip, which was more than she deserved.... one cent!

If I could give a 10 star rating I would! Wednesday evening my husband and I came in for dinner and your famous beer. Our food was excellent, the beer was great, but the service we had from Debbie exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back and look forward to having Debbie wait on us again. Great job!!
