Needs better management. My breakfast sandwich was luke warm. The donuts we ok. The place is dirty and needs an overhaul. Was my first time there and most likely won't be going back, nor do 9 recommend it. The sandwich was good but definitely would have been better if was hotter.

The food is good. But could use better customer service. The girl at the register didn’t really talk or greet. The worse part was when I tried to get 2 different employees attention I was ignored. One managed to look at me but ignored me. When I called her name another one came out to help. The place is popular and good though.

I ordered four dozen donuts for my class as they were taking an exam. I was in a hurry when I picked up the order so it’s my fault for not checking obviously but there were only 3 dozen. So I had to order from Uber Eats to have them delivered to the school. Dunkin on Cortaro did not answer the phone once the entire day so I could talk to someone about the order. They are also not friendly or helpful at all in person, and seem very bothered by having to be there.

They have gone way down hill, the customer service well there isn't any. The people are rude and they don't make the drinks with care or pride. Handing out cups with stuff all over the sides of the cup, the last drink I ordered there was so bad we threw it away, it wasn't even drinkable. I would not recommend this dunkin to anyone!

This place is awful. How are they running out of almost every type of doughnut at 1 pm? How is a glazed doughnut confused with an old fashioned? Garbage

The one off of grant n freeway had wonder staff in the am around 6am not sure what happened to those ladys because the one that's there now is now so nice

Cashier was rude. We got there 3 hours before closing and they were out of almost every flavor of doughnuts not even enough to make a dozen and wouldn't be making any more despite having a line of customers waiting. Took them forever just to make a hot chocolate. And there was trash all over the floor in the waiting area. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and a health hazard in a pandemic.
