Mcdonald's

This place is a joke! These people want $15/hour minimum wage?! I went through the drive through on Sunday 3/13/22, and started to order. The guy said to order when ready. When I was done chatting with the fam for 30 seconds, I asked if he was ready. He said "been ready." Lol. I ordered my two happy meals and 3 #7's, then proceeded to order for my wife. They cut me off and said we will finish the order at the window. Me and my wife exchanged bewildered looks and decided that we didn't want anything else because the experience was all ready getting uncomfortable. We got to the window and the young lady, I assume she was new, she was very kind and timid, asked If I wanted anything else. I said me and she gave me a total that was outrageous. Well, they added the meal from my wife without even asking what size and what to drink, no problem. I told them I didn't want that anymore. Just the happy meals and the #7s. She told me the same price, and I was like, "for what"? She read me off the order and I said I didn't want the last item. It took 4 people to come and handle this, all the time they were cussing and just being rude. The girl was still nice. I didn't give them my money, so when they couldn't figured it out, I drove off. No food, no payment, crying kids in the back of my van. We went to In and Out instead. This McDonalds sucks, always has. Maybe it's the people training the employees.....

Just a rough location. Food is always old and gross compared to other locations. Elderly manager is rude and not well trained. she just kept screaming for help from the lobby that was full of 10 employees doing a meeting or something. Also did my order through the app and added the sauces any extras through the app. They lady tried to tell me I need to pay for those sauce I got with my order. The app said it was free and the lady wanted 40 cents a sauce. I said sure, I'll pay the 2 dollars. She must not be used to someone offering to pay because she told me no I'll pay out of my pocket. If this franchise owner thinks thats okay? it's not. you cannot force employees to pay for work expenses. I hope they get this place fixed and corporate takes back this location.
