Went here today. Old food that tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. When I asked for fries made to order, they didn’t bother making them fresh and when I asked to have them remade because I had specifically asked them to be “made to order” the girl at the window gave me a hard time insisting they just came out. Give me a break! I can tell they didn’t! They are soggy. Fresh fries aren’t soggy. You all act like it’s coming out of your paycheck if you give someone fresh fries. Don’t forget your working for a billion dollar company that pays you peanuts. They aren’t going to go broke because you decided to make a customer happy with fresh fries. Get over yourself.

It was 1040 when i got to the drive thru. The employees literally stop taking orders and did not even acknowledge the ones that where already in front of the menu and speaker. They made time and never answere anyone till it was time to close. Management needs to have a talk with employees... its ment to be open till 11PM not stop taking orders ar 10:40PM...

Went in a couple of days ago, to order a double hamburger. I had been in there a couple of months ago and ended up with a double cheeseburger. I do not eat their cheeseburgers The young ladies at the counter started giggling and said have you ever ordered a double hamburger here before when neither of them could find it on their counter order system. I've only been there twice & both times to order a double hamburger that they couldn't comprehend. Amazing I left !

We came into the lobby at night and the register wasn’t working correctly. Gaby and her team made sure our order came out. everything was made perfectly. our customizations were correct even when the kitchen had no screen to work off of. They went above and beyond to make sure they handled the situation swiftly. i’m beyond satisfied.
