Burger King

Worst Burger King ever, I’m already not a fan but we’ve been sitting in this drive through for 30 minutes before the worker inside tells us that they ran out of chicken. Then it took 15 additional minutes for our new order to come out. No pep in anyone’s step, no apology and no way I’ll ever go back to another BK. Ignorant people and bad food.

It was the worst! I went through the Drive through, I was on hold for 38 minutes, eventually they took the order, I had to wait for another 15 minutes, even then no apologies were offered, so I asked what the problem was, they said they had a large order before me. When the girl who served me finally came with my order, she dropped one of the orders directly in my car, again no apologies, then replaced it with small order of fries instead of the large fries she spilled all over my car. I wish they will close and chick fillet or some other restaurant with better service will occupy that place, they are a poor excuse for a restaurant. On the other hand , the Burger King by Government center is a very efficient, faster serving and courteous one, if one must go to a Burger King.

Horrible experience. Absolutely horrific. Had to pray my food wasnt tapered with. There was no line, I asked for and ice cream to be added to the order and was told that I could not add anything else to my order. Stop hiring children or at least train them on common sense. Definitely not choosing this place.

As usual they got our order wrong...ordered the two for 10$ special with two big kings, instead they decided to give us two whopper juniors. Tried to call twice and after 20 rings with no one answering decided to give up and keep the whopper juniors....This place seems plagued with poor management and staff doesn't care a bit about the customer...They also decided we didnt need a receipt either ... O well another wasted trip ti Burger King

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but it has not always been this way. Let me explain. I come here at least twice out the week. Three weeks ago and further THE BEST BURGER KING EVER!! But now its the worst like really really terrible. Yesterday I sat in line 15min,(I'm a doctor so my time is limited) told them I didn't want any mayo(which I'm highly allergic to) or tomatoes on my burger, but please add extra cheese. THEY DID THE COMPLETE OPPOSIT, extra mayo and tomatoes and NO cheese!!!!!! I trashed the whole meal the line was too long to go back into and the doors are locked, no one can go inside which I don't understand that either. So today I go back, I'm thinking maybe they just had and off day. NOPE!!!!! First I told them about the experience yesterday before I even start ordering, I order the exact same thing, they messed my order up again, this time I got back into the line, told them about the burger and asked for hot fries because the other ones are now cold, WHY THEY GAVE ME THE SAME BURGER BACK ??? WITH THE SAME FRIES, CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!!!!!!! That entire crew who was in there today and yesterday 3/17/22 and 3/18/22 between 2-2:40pm need to be fired or they need more training. I use to drive from Dacula down to this one because they never disappointed me, as of today they are the worst!!!

Most unprofessional place ever the person taking the order was on her phone lady in black jacket with hair clip and no hairnet on incase hair falls into food 🍱 worst experience ever I will let every delivery to not order from that location cross contamination to the max I was a general manager in fast food for 3 years and I would never have allowed that I’m calling osha and corporate you need to do better please
