Mcdonald's

So i get an apple pie from McDonald's at approximately 7pm with an enjoy by 7:38pm label covering the enjoy by 3:35pm label which means the pie was likely prepared around 11:30a. Crust so hard, couldn't even bite the apple was so dry and tough. Come on you could have at least removed the enjoy by 3:35pm.label

Usually this place is on top of everything with fresh, hot (and correct) order. If ordering curbside, it's fast and friendly. I'm not sure if management or the good employees have changed but they're slacking. Takes forever to get order and orders are wrong or, in this case, cooked incorrectly (burned and sloppy). Let's get back to the great, overall experience!

I was just in the drive-thru and Micah took care of my order and it went as smooth as can be. He could hear me clearly and he was very patient with me. When I got up to the window I was greeted by Susanne and Micah and she did a great job at repeating back my order in full, and she was patient when I had to add something to my order as well. They both have exceptional customer service. Thank you Micah and Susanne!!!!

The experience was wonderful, order was correct. My customer service person seemed new but she was very courteous and the young lady at the next registrar was supportive and professional with assisting. The store was well equipped for a meal change over all areas were clean and well maintained. Staff friendly.

Usually they’re okay but recently they’ve been horrible. The cashiers are rude and I’ve been charged for things I haven’t ordered. I did a mobile order and went to pick it up but they said I didn’t make it for there which was weird because I got the receipt once I left. However since I didn’t have my food I went to the location they said I placed it at. They too said I didn’t place an order. So I was charged for two orders that I didn’t receive, one for each place and I also never got my food. Don’t even know how I was charged twice or how the location was changed.
