I had the brisket sandwich. It was overcooked and dry, with very little meat for the cost. The smoke flavor was nearly absent. The fried pickles would have been great if the grease had been drained from them, but they turned soggy and we had grease dripping down our hands.

Stopped for lunch. The smell of barbecue was delicious as soon as we got out of the car. It didn't disappoint. Brisket was delicious. The french fries were excellent. I didn't care for the green beans, but I had them several times in this area cooked the same way. It must be a local thing. Cooked until mushy. The mac n cheese was good. Generous portions. Excellent service. We all were happy with our meals.

First time going there. Was very good. Really nice folks in there. Had the pulled pork and chicken with sides. Delicious. They have a vintage wood stove inside that makes it the perfect experience.

We both got 2 meat plates. My brisket and ribs were wicked tender, I moved the ribs to get at brisket and the ribs actually fell apart. Great sauce and my wife's pulled pork was awesome. The plates were 1/3 and 1/2 pound, which we took for total meat weight, but it was half pound of brisket and a half pound of ribs. Even the green beans were great.

Outstanding pulled pork salad for lunch. Incredible service. When back in the evening. Website says open until 10 pm. At 904 pm closed. Drove 32 miles to eat there. Disappointed!

Excellent barbecue smoked to perfection. The cooked cabbage and green beans were stellar with some brisket, and their barbecue sauces are top notch.

Excellent restaurant. We smelled the barbecue and followed our noses. The ribs are the best I’ve ever had. Lean and meaty. And thoroughly smoked w Oak. Also had the brisket. Very nice folks and good drinks. Who could ask for more?

Greeted with friendly staff! Didnt take long to receive our food. Pulled pork sand was awesome. Love their homemade barbecue sauce as well!!
