I'm assuming they were where short on staff waited in line for about 10 or 15 minutes, no one came up to the window to say it may be a few minutes "please hold on" just had us sitting in limbo so I pulled off alone with other cars. Customer service sucks went here nobody in the parking lot on grant st place full of staff and still had to pull up and wait for who ? Mc Donald's definitely lost their hustle no monopoly no nothing just pay and go miss that old hustling finding new ways to reach the public McDonald's now they to good to move fast at all slow service slow lines

On June 26th,2022 this McDonalds did not answer the intercom on the late night shift customer service was rude and ignorant. The line was at least 25 deep. One young lady was trying to let them know in a polite manner dude to them not answering the intercom she had went to the window and even offered to pay a couple of cars orders. They called the police on her. They made doordash wait 1hr and half to even get orders. I hope door dash takes their contract away from this McDonalds on grant. Very bad customer service at night. They were all in their not doing their jobs just chatting and standing around ignoring their customers. This is very unacceptable.

I ordered a kids meal on the drive thru and they forgot to give me the kids milk and I was already waiting on the next spot so I told the girl that was giving the car behind me the order and was like oh ok, waited for like 5mins so I went inside and she was just on the counter with her phone. I was oh alright, some other worker came over and helped me out instead.

Love Point here and get me some cold ice cold coffee customer service is okay I love that they have coupons in my stuff works at the store all the time all the stores is always messing up so I recommend people to go to the store even though they have long lines it's worth they cuz they get the customer lying down.

The dude with the dreads along with the black girl with the nappy weave and the black cap on needs to be fired! Had me pull over for my door dash order and had me waiting a good 20-30min😴 after i seen like 5 car pas me that had gotten there food i had to get out my car and go up to the window and ask were my customers order was and they still hadn't even begain making the order but the girl claim before telling me to pull out of line they just needed to drop the fries.🤷😡 I went back to my car an yet these mfs still never came out with my food, I had to cancel my customers order and it was just 2 quarter pounders and some chocolate chip cookies🤦 There's no excuse for the unprofessionalism period😡
