Rally's

Went through the drive through to order two medium big Buford meals. The drive-through person was pleasant. I went at about 8:45. The person in front of me got their order in about 4 minutes. I waited another 6 minutes once I got to the window. Not the fastest experience as far as a drive-through, but when I got my sandwiches and fries they were nice and hot. As you can see from the picture the burger was nicely made, because usually my issue with Rally's is messy burgers and smashed Burgers, but they have been doing much better lately. I will give more stars in the future if their drive-thru can go a little faster. Overall good experience.

There is always an issue with taking too long...this last visit wasn't even the two young men's fault...they didn't have any prep time, their GM didn't even order ketchup packets!...they were just as lost as the customers...then sometimes you get rude staff and they make you back up to restart their timer because they are slow...one time it was a new manager...on her 1st day she couldn't find NOTHING... horrible only reason I go sometimes is because it's near work. No ice...had to drink lukewarm pop...no shakes...nothing!

If I could give then 0 stars I'll do it this place has teens working there Which is not a problem kids want to work but they play to much n I was tired of repeating myself over 4 times wen I got my foodie was cold iam one of those people that won't take the food bk cuz they might spit on it this place also need some clean up
