By far one of my favorite experiences and a Burger King. I'm in the Drive-Thru listening to the employees scream at the manager, well the manager screams back at them.
The manager should have taken a moment to step aside and breathe, but it appears that is what the employees were yelling at the manager for doing. Keep walking away and never fixing everything.
There's none of my business but it felt like a comedy routine every time the drive-thru window opened to hear the yelling and screaming at one another. Why did I give it two stars? The entertainment value was worth the second star to hear the staff fighting a manager and they're lame excuses. LOL

This is probably the worst BK in NE Ohio. Every time I go I say I will never go back. Ordered a chicken sandwich and a whopper and both buns were so stale they crumbled apart. The whopper was rank I threw half away and I love whoppers

The drive through is to fast in an effort to cut down on time they have compromised their service, the window staff can come across as rude if you don't know what you want immediately or ask them to leave sauce off an item etc

I am not a fast foodeater. Couldn't tell how many years its been since I stepped into a Burger King. I was taking a walk and it smelled so good that I thought I get a cheese burger. Ordered it with extra toppings, so you think it would have to be made fresh and hot. NOPE, the coldest hot sandwich possible!!!! What a big disappointment. Well, guaranteed, it'll be years before I step into another one. I'd also have to say that somebody might want to wash the windows and wipe down the counter where you order food.

Food quality is poor compared to others. Facility was clean but food just isn't on par for a $10 medium whopper meal.

When I ordered low carb cheeseburgers they made them as if they had buns and that was nice. The cashier seem to be grumpy at first but it's just that she had to concentrate so much because part of the cash register and machine that prints the receipts wasn't working right. I did I did get a fork and a knife with my bunless cheeseburgers without having to ask and that was very nice. This store always is very helpful and right on and getting your order correct. Additional comment 2/21/22. The cashier, Jane, was takingthe drive-thru orderd, taking orders out to people in the Drive-Thru and trying to take orders for the dine-in. She was stretched to the max but was good about it she needs more help. The french fries at Burger King are better than the french fries at wendy's, mcdonald's, and any other place. They are cooked and I appreciate the kindness of Jan--a great multitasker.
