Mcdonald's

This particular store is consistently one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. They also shorted both me and my daughter nuggets on the same day. They put everything on the cheeseburgers when you order them plain. I ordered hot tea with 4 splenda and they gave me water and a teabag without any sweetner. They are polite but just very bad at getting the orders correct.

There’s a couple things wrong with this place. 1: drive thru times are horrendously slow. I could go to a sit in restaurant and get service quicker… 2: from personal experience there is like a 75% chance they get your order right 3: they don’t know too well how to deal with the app 4: prices are for some reason higher at this location compared to others by a significant amount - $10 for a quarter pounder meal seems… wrong. I’ve been to far more remote locations that are cheaper with the same quality 5: from what I’ve heard management has some problems… as in you can hear the managers on duty being disrespectful on occasions.

Really great customer experience. Always bring out the food curbside in a timely manner. The fries are always hot and the burgers are wrapped nicely. Always an open spot on to the curbside to get an order. Nice workers even double check the food before handing it to you when you come up curbside. Always clean looking on the outside and have parking lot that is always clear of snow.

Drive thru was so fast that they rung up the order wrong and acted like it was our fault for noticing. Instead of fixing order at the window they inconvenienced my family even further and made my husband come inside. Very poor customer service! If you repeat an order that's what a person should be given.
