Hardee's

Hardee's has the best biscuits! Not only as sandwiches, they are so good that I get them plain to use with my meals. They are even great as a snack with a cup of coffee or tea. The hot ham and cheese sandwiches are also one of my favorites. This particular Hardee's is one of the best ones I'm that I have never yet had an order get messed up. The food has always been fresh, and the people friendly - even when they are short on staff. To me, this all combines to make any wait for my order worth it: especially since COVID-19 has affected workers.

After Having waisted 35 min trying to get a order right at McDonald's and Wendy's on 1st Ave SE and neither could get a simple family order correct and poor service to no service at all, I was so frustrated that I drove all the way out of my way think screw them, I just go to Hardee's. It was well worth it. They were able to get me 2 double bacon cheeseburgers + large Fries + Large Diet Coke + onion rings + a combo meal. Everything was correct on the order and hot fresh. by this time I was so hungry I sat in my vehicle and ate my dinner then took my dad his. I told them how much trouble I had at the other two places and they were so friendly at the drive through. They had smiles and behaved like they were so happy to be there and glad to see me. I am going back there for now on. Don't waist your time at McDonald's or Wendy's. Plus the real bonus is the hamburgers are bigger and taste better then McDonald's or Wendy's on 1st Ave SE Cedar Rapids Iowa. I am not sorry to say this either it is the truth from my stand point. Big recommendations to come to Hardee's fast friendly service, they get the order correct every time. Yes after wasting 35 to 40 min with the other two places, it paid off to go way out of my way for hot crisp fries and hamburgers. Thank you Hardee's

waited a long time in line then when I got to the speaker the person said I will be with you in a moment. I waited 5 minutes or more than I said hello they said i will be with you in a moment i ordered and i waited at the window for my order when i got it it was missing 2 sandwiches so I had to wait some more. I spent over 30 minutes total! I have worked fast food for over 23 years it was totally unacceptable. if they can't staff their store than they need to shut the doors
