Hardee's has the best biscuits! Not only as sandwiches, they are so good that I get them plain to use with my meals. They are even great as a snack with a cup of coffee or tea. The hot ham and cheese sandwiches are also one of my favorites. This particular Hardee's is one of the best ones I'm that I have never yet had an order get messed up. The food has always been fresh, and the people friendly - even when they are short on staff. To me, this all combines to make any wait for my order worth it: especially since COVID-19 has affected workers.

Happy Hour for cheeseburgers. A cute little single cheeseburger for a dollar. Just the right amount of ketchup, mustard, a couple pickles, bright orange cheese and a charbroiled burger, quite good. Service was fast and friendly

I go there far more than I should, that's on me. But 95%of the time they give me straight fries instead of the curly I asked for. I always order the number 6 only pickle. Gotten it no pickle, pickle and ketchup, onion. I've gotten a mushroom burger instead. Slow as hell always, even after 1:30

One of the better fast food places imo. The big hot ham and cheese is my favorite but great burgers. I wish you could get their buns in a six pack.

No wait. Ordered, pulled up, nobody in front of me. So it was extremely fast. Got what I ordered. Saw some bad reviews about waiting and getting wrong food. Not me. Ate food, worth it.

After Having waisted 35 min trying to get a order right at McDonald's and Wendy's on 1st Ave SE and neither could get a simple family order correct and poor service to no service at all, I was so frustrated that I drove all the way out of my way think screw them, I just go to Hardee's. It was well worth it. They were able to get me 2 double bacon cheeseburgers + large Fries + Large Diet Coke + onion rings + a combo meal. Everything was correct on the order and hot fresh. by this time I was so hungry I sat in my vehicle and ate my dinner then took my dad his. I told them how much trouble I had at the other two places and they were so friendly at the drive through. They had smiles and behaved like they were so happy to be there and glad to see me. I am going back there for now on. Don't waist your time at McDonald's or Wendy's. Plus the real bonus is the hamburgers are bigger and taste better then McDonald's or Wendy's on 1st Ave SE Cedar Rapids Iowa. I am not sorry to say this either it is the truth from my stand point. Big recommendations to come to Hardee's fast friendly service, they get the order correct every time. Yes after wasting 35 to 40 min with the other two places, it paid off to go way out of my way for hot crisp fries and hamburgers. Thank you Hardee's

waited a long time in line then when I got to the speaker the person said I will be with you in a moment. I waited 5 minutes or more than I said hello they said i will be with you in a moment i ordered and i waited at the window for my order when i got it it was missing 2 sandwiches so I had to wait some more. I spent over 30 minutes total! I have worked fast food for over 23 years it was totally unacceptable. if they can't staff their store than they need to shut the doors
