Went to Dairy Queen in Byron, MN. Food was great. After eating went to order ice cream. My dad ordered a butterscotch Sundae. The gentleman that took our order was training and no fault to his. He got a sundae with butterscotch dipped topping. Which wasn’t a big deal. We just asked for a new one. A girl with black hair and a black stocking hat. Started yelling at my mom stating it was our fault and we didn’t specify what kind of butter scotch she wanted. She continued to yell as she shoved the correct one at us. She was yelling so loud she had my mom in tears. A girl claiming she was a manager who refused to give us any names of who she was or the girl yelling. No one had name tags on. The only name I have is Susan on the receipt. Will continue to share this as I don’t usually write reviews or badmouth anyone but this was beyond.

Saddest BBQ sandwichs from any dairy queen iv been to. 5pickles and pinch of meat, got 2 and both sandwiches the same mostly pickles and bread, its so sad that combining meat from both to one sandwiche still wouldn't make it normal dairy queen bbq sandwich.
At least fries were hot.

Good selection of burgers and other sandwiches, with fries, onion rings and cheese curds. Along with that is their Blizzards and other ice cream treats. They also have ice cream cakes and other pre-made treats.

Ordered a cake with a red tractor on it for my son's birthday. I was super impressed! They did a fantastic job!

Best Grilled Chicken sandwich! Very few fast foods have Grilled Chicken. DQ Grilled Chicken is old fashioned and is always wonderful!!

Slow service & overpriced. Utensils, cups, etc. are on counter between customer and cashier exchanging money & talking over them - not exactly hygienic. Facility is in need of a deep clean & some modern updates. My medium blizzard came out as shown - a good inch below the top, poorly mixed & full of air pockets. Disappointed & will drive to Rochester for future DQ trips.

Pretty good flavor, but had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. When we got the cheese curds, it appeared as though someone in the kitchen had sat on them. I prefer my curds fluffy, not flat. Zach's review is: "Sure"

The service was great! The young lady behind the counter and two young men were all very welcoming. The food was delicious. This spot has and older theme on the inside we enjoyed it! Thanks DQ Staff
