Mcdonald's

I decided to go inside because the drive-through was filled up. I ordered a cheeseburger kids happy meal with no ketchup , got Apple slices for the side and when I got it . The cheeseburger had ketchup on it. the bag of Apple slices had previously been opened and the fries were not salted . The manager kindly replaced the meal and made sure that everything was right That time . 7 out of 10 times that you go in there you will probably have a fairly bad experience either due to service Or the food not being correct.. I've always liked McDonald's growing up growing up but more and more it just seems like they're they're going downhill and no one takes any pride in their work anymore.. It just shows.!!!

I ordered dinner for my family nothing big just something for the night, well when I got home I found out that I was shorted on one of my meals! I called the restaurant and left a message for a MOD to call me back, the answering machine said that they would! And of course I received no phone call. The next day I call there corporate number and left a message with them also for a call back! And without disappointment I didn't get a phone call back either. And after working all day and with gas prices on the high I was to tired to drive back tired and mad! I just did with out. I say to anyone who orders though drive though PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PICK UP WINDOW! Because those packing orders don't confirm that the order is completed before handing it to the hungry patriots. Now imagine if they didn't get all there money from customers! They wouldn't give patriots there orders. Corporate people if y'all are reading this please see to it that restaurant managers and employees actually do their job and make sure their customers are actually getting their orders and orders right. thank you!

They were suppose to open at 5:30 . According to the Google map anyway. Well I sat at the drive thru speaker till 6:15. Then I just drove around to the window. The what looked like the manager took her sweet time to take my order. While the rest were snickering . It had been so long that my code for BOGO lattes (My Rewards App) was no longer valid. Then I had to pull to the very last window and the car behind me still got their stuff first very disappointed in them and that's not the first time that's happened either. The owner needs to check on his Mickey D's Be cuz it looks like they are open and closing when they want to. You can bet I'm going to call the number on that receipt and take that little survey they got and they ain't going to like it at all. No work ethics at all nowadays.

Worst drive thru!!!! We get up to order our food to be told one second and we waited 5-6 mins then drove off to come to see no one at the window and employees standing at the window doing nothing. Then the car next to us drove off and behind us drove off. Went next door to Wendy’s and got our food with no problem.

Top 5 worst McDonald's in middle, GA. Service is a joke, wait time is if you are going to be on time for anything, you just became late because you stopped here, and if your ordered a delivery. Everything is going to be cold before they even give it to your delivery driver. If you can get one to wait the 30 to 45 mins for a double cheese and fry.

Worse experience at a McDonald's in years. Cold hard fries. Super slow service. Woman couldn't ring up coupon for iced coffee then found out machine was down to be cleaned....up. Super slow and just didn't seem to care. No sanitizer in dispensers. Manager yell to a group of people that there were not allowed to eat in after they had sat down and was eating for about 5 minutes. That caused one of the people in that party to scream on their was out. Won't stop here again.
