Krystal

I'm not very often impressed by a fast food chain type restaurant. I have had some bad experiences at other Krystal's in the past. The food here wasn't out of the ordinary, it was the same as you would get at most any Krystals restaurant, Which I do enjoy very much as long as the buns aren't steamed into mush. But the manager here was exceptional. When I walked in he greeted me like an old friend and made sure that my order was placed correctly. He made me feel welcome, and appreciated. The place was clean and being cleaned the whole time I was there. I wish I had gotten his name. But I'll be back.

Usually love this Krystal we ride our motorcycle to this Krystal all the time can Usually go inside and rest but on Sunday the girl came outside to say the dining area was closed!? So she is not so busy to address us but is too busy to clean the dining area!? During the week we came right in and the girls During the week were always busy but they were friendly and let anyone come in to dine. I am not sure what is going on but Sunday shift wasn't as good as the weekly shifts. Management should be observing of this.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Krystal's. They were so rude I ended up driving off from the drive-thru. If you're going to offer a special you should be able to explain what it is. They had the breakfast menu out at lunch but I didn't know what time their breakfast ended and they got an attitude with me about that.

After a long, LONG work day I had a fierce hankering for a Krystal sandwhich. I’m 6 mos pregnant and you can’t just ignore a hankering! So I whipped into the drive thru and ordered. My order was prompt, hot, and the employees went above and beyond to make my day! Thank y’all for being so kind in a world full of so much hate. Keep up the good work <3

place is great. I thank you fellow humans for feeding me just about everynight. I work late everyday and dont have time to cook or meal prep. But these people over here have fed me for a little over a year now and everytime my food is hot and fresh. I forgot my drink one time and the employee followed me next door to the gas station to give me my drink. If thats not great customer service dedication idk what it. The night shift lady (not sure of her name but she has white hair) Is super nice and welcomes me there everytime. Idk if its cuz i come there all the time or if thats just how they are over there. But if your looking for a quick good meal on the go, this is the place to go late night! Thank you krystal's of byron!

Man look! Wait was long and staff looked very sloppy. 3 out of the 5 meals were made wrong. The chics, omg!! This chicken was sooo old it's crazy, straight cardboard!! None of the food was warm even. Apparently they don't serve chili anymore and cup holders are a "luxury" so they don't have any. I don't have high expectations for Krystals already but this was terrible.
