Arby's

My husband and I are very pleased and grateful regarding the customer service at this location. We had an issue regarding a sandwich and after calling/explaining and speaking to a very nice young man, he said to come in and they would replace our order right away! Once I drove up, the manager, Melissa, met me at the drive thru window. Apologizing, explaining how sorry for the issue and how they would take care of it right away. I not only received a TOP NOTCH replaced order but a complimentary turnover. Melissa was absolutely, hands down, the best at handling the situation, including the young man on the phone!!!. Not to mention the one who made our replaced order!!!! My family and I will continue to visit this location due to the outstanding customer service!!! Thank you so much for taking care of us!! We sincerely appreciate it!!! ...

It's normally a very good Arby's location. I went specifically to get the new Chicken Salad sandwich, and was very disappointed. There was maybe 1 tablespoon of chicken salad, and it was right in the middle of the sandwich. The surrounding bread had absolutely nothing on it. Incredibly disappointing. I will try once again. I would have taken it back, but I brought the sandwich with me, and didn't have time to drive back as we live in a neighboring town now.

Only 2 in drive thru. We both had to wait to order and then pull forward, from the window, to wait. I ordered the new southwest chicken avocado wrap. I had to add my own avacoda dip, because there only was a drop of theirs, and there was 3 small pieces of chicken. See pic. My husband's shake wasn't fully mixed. It was a Jomacha with an inch of vanilla at the bottom, but they did a good job on the crinkle fries. Just disappointed. I worked as a teenager at arby's and tell everyone they have the freshest food, but what's happen to quality. Really going down hill here...

I could not imagine working here. It seems like such a negative environment. Every time I’m inside grabbing my food the workers sit there and complain about people ordering through the drive-through. I’ve sat at the front desk 10 minutes while there was no one in the drive-through and no workers would acknowledge me. But could definitely keep looking at me. They need to change the management and the employees here. Because somethings not right.

Worst food ever from any Arby's. Young girl in drive thru clearly was irritated that I came through an hour and a half before closing. Did not greet me at speaker box for 7 mins. Probably in hopes that I would just drive off. The next day I had exorcism style projectile vomiting and diarrhea. Manager should be ashamed for running a shift like they did that night. Will never return.

They turn out the lights to appear to be closed. Sat at the speaker box for 3 mins before an employee greeted me. Probably was hoping I thought they were closed and drive off. Should have. Chicken was drier than sand. Curly fries so hard my dog used one as a chew toy. And the young overweight girl in the window was clearly miserable.

HORRIBLE customer service. I received 2 incorrect items, and when I went back, I had to wait in line AGAIN, only to have the manager be RUDE and HATEFUL, not even apologizing. Then to make it worse, I filled out the survey TWICE, stating that I wanted to be contacted, but no one even contacted me. I WILL NOT go to this location again ( and I might not go to any location ) again. I gave this location a second chance ( visit before this one was also bad ) because I believe in second chances. But, I am DONE with this south Broken Arrow location. STAY AWAY from Arby's at Elm and New Orleans in Broken Arrow!!!! This location doesn't deserve any stars, but I have to give it something in order to post my review.
