Happy Plate

Really good fresh food, really interesting concept. Pick your proteins, pick your vegetables, pick your base (rice or spaghetti) then pick your spice level and it's cooked to your liking. I had the steak Korean BBQ and it was incredible, my wife had the teriyaki chicken; the steak was the winner. The steak was very tender and moist but the chicken was a bit dry and tough. We'll definitely be going back here. The service was good, the guy cleaning the dining room could stand a little training, he was very noisy.

I got the creamy parmesan with squash, zucchini, broccoli and spinach. The veggies were tender but not over cooked, as many restaurants do. The spaghetti was perfectly cooked and the sauce was tasty. Service was quick and friendly. I will be back. Also: Very generous portion. I was able to eat until I was full and have enough left for a second meal.

My wife and I stopped in last week and the food was amazing. The owner and his wife are probably the nicest people I have ever met. They keep this place impeccably clean and everything is made fresh. It is one of the few "healthy" places I have eaten that I feel like I could eat at everyday. Fresh ingredients, fresh idea, and a breath of fresh air!

Great food & large portions. Staff members were nice. I made a carryout order of jambalaya for 6.95--not a bad price. Tasted great & had a variety of meat. The problem was that I waited more than 25 minutes to get my food. For carryout. The (build your own) plates seemed a little expensive, but now that I've experienced the quality & amount of food, I believe it's a good value. Not something I can afford all the time on a budget, but it is good, healthy food. I'm glad that I didn't try to wait in my car for drive thru...the cost of gas would have made this lunch super expensive.

When I am in the mood for healthy, tasty and FAST I got here. The staff is SO sweet every single time I go in and seem to try and recognize everyone. VERY FRIENDLY! The food and flavors and variety is so good. I haven't tried anything that I don't like there. Everything is good and portion sizes are worth the money which you don't find a lot. Very clean and I love what they have done with the place. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Definitely somewhere I will continue going for as long as they are around.

This place is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. The combination options are literally endless with flavors from all over the world. You can get spicy middle eastern food, or a creamy pesto plate with pasta. The owner is absolutely amazing, and will remember your order after a few visits if you’re like me and get the same thing. I’ve never walked in and seen a dirty table. Everything is always so clean. Try it. Trust me, you won’t be sad.
