It's generally your average Jamba, but I've had more poor experiences than average, especially today. Ordered on the phone, get to the store, pay, and waited while others got their orders from behind me. Finally the line is cleared and I'm asked if I'm waiting, as my order was finished the whole time and waiting in the fridge. I get my smoothies and they asked if I had already paid... why is there no decent & quick smoothie spot in this town?

it was tasty buuuut I had to wait a really long time for my smoothie... I mean, it was over a 10 minute wait for sure. and when there was only a couple of other people in the store. don't mean to sound needy but I mean theres only two small tables with two chairs each to sit on while you wait. if they had more seating I would have given 4 stars...

Pretty much your run-of-the-mill chain smoothie place. Service was fine. Smoothies tasted like smoothies. Prices are comparable to other chain smoothie places like Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Smoothie King.
The menu does have quite a few options to choose from, which is nice.

We dont have many smoothie shop options in boulder and a jamba juice gets the job done. Would like fresh instead of frozen fruit though.

Ryan was amazing. I called in my order and he made it and had it ready for me. I was able to literally run in, grab it, pay and go. Thank you Ryan.

It was OK, I don't seem to like their pineapple sherbet base. The employee's were cheerful and courteous.
