Little Caesars

The pizza there is good for the cost. But that place is disgusting! We walked in and it's filthy.. The counters have a condiments area and I don't believe they have ever been cleaned. The pizza warmer area was smeared which also looked like it hadn't been cleaned either. The pizza cutter was just being place on top of the table where the boxes were. Spray cleaner by the food. I can only imagine what the back looked like.

1 hour wait. Pizzas were sitting in boxes on the table and not being put in the warmers. No one was the front to help customers and maintain order of the line at all. The guy who did come up didn't greet anyone, we had to ask him because he ignored everyone. One guy in the back was more concerned with his own pizza that was coming through the oven than he was with customers or getting pizzas in warmers. The woman, who I assumed was the manager was trying to have some order to things but she was overwhelmed and really didn't have control over the orders or situations at all. I ordered my pizzas an hour prior to my arrival and when I got there I still had to wait for 30 minutes and others were there longer.

My whole order was messed up. The two orders of crazy bread were so over cooked it was like eating crackers. The sausage pizza we ordered had most of the sausage on four slices the rest had nothing. The surpriem pizza we ordered, the pizza crust itself was very crispy on parts and soggy in the middle. Tried to call 15 times and no one answers the phone nor can you leave a message. last thing we ordered on line gave them a little over an hour to have food done and still got our food 10 mins late

I just got home I bought 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese and I'm very DISAPPOINTED!!!! They both were very cold and over cooked one had a huge bubble and a hole I called to let them know what was going on not for a refund but just to call it to their attention and the lady that answered just hung up on me I called back but of course no answer im very upset about the fact that you go in and think your getting a hot n ready pizza like they advertised and end up with this!

You are never able to walk in and walk out with a hot and ready pizza. If you preorder online and go pick up you still have to wait 30 mins to an hour after scheduled pickup time. Staff are arguing in front of customers. Lady will tell you that you can order and wait 1 to 2 hours, but you cannot get a refund. You just have to wait until your pizza is ready. So you just wait or walk out. I saw a ton of potential business turned away. Disappointing. Hire more staff or do something about preparing ahead of high volume times.
