Subway

Came in to order for dinner it is about 7:10p my goodness this store in the serving area very filthy dirty not even a wipe down on area where veggies are served nor meat area that’s not it the plastic cover looking into items is so gross looks like it haven’t been clean in days. I’m sorry but once I saw this filthiness I left.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I have visited plenty subway restaurants and never have I been more disgusted and disappointed than I was today. After shopping in Walmart me and my wife stopped by subway in order to grab a bite. As I walk in the person behind the counter is on her cellphone and talking to some friend of hers and it takes a moment or two before she gets the attention of the gentleman who I assume is supposed to be servicing us from the back. That was fine, I didn't mind. However, what I did mind is the fact that when I went to order I saw dozens of ants on the counter top near the food, on the top of the display, and just everywhere! What kind of restaurant are you to allow ants to be around food you serve to the public!? Makes me wonder what it is you don't show customers to the back. Also to note the vegetables looked like they had been sitting out for a few hours. I was disgusted and I walked out of a restaurant for the first time. I highly recommend anyone who goes here to seek your food anywhere else.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! I stopped by the other day for a sandwich and sat down to eat it and suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my mouth I quickly spit out my food and noticed a FREAKING BEE!!! Some how the bee got into my food and stung me in my mouth I took a video of it and and showed the manager he gave me my money back and that was it. I eventually got the stinger out and went home and immediately called the district manager he didn't answer so I left a message I eventually reached out to Subway through Facebook and they got back with me and said they would figure out what happened and have someone reach out to me. Days later I got a call from the district manager and he asked if the bee was alive and I told him yes since the bee stung me it had to be alive (later I found out bees can sting you after they are dead) he then told me that they would mail me a gift card (never got that) the owner Richard emailed me that evening and told me that he has never seen anything like that happen before and he said there is no possible way that bee could have survived in the oven to be able to get into my sandwich. I sent him the video of the incident and he said he could hear the worker clearly say, "what's up with all these bees"? I told him that I would gladly come up there and view the security video if he doesn't believe me I was not happy about being called a liar and I lost my cool with him I later apologized and told him I just want them to figure out how it happened and so something like this doesn't happen again. If that would have been someone's child or if that person was allergic it could have killed them. I haven't heard from anyone since they just want me to shut up and go away. Their sorry to me was not legitimate by any means. I have spoken to staff at Walmart about the situation and they told me that customers at Walmart have recently been stung by bees. Nothing will be done about this so I will move on I am writing this so others can be aware in the future that these people don't care at all. They will Accuse the victim of being a liar.
