Terrible service on 06/15/2022 at 7:05pm overcharged for a number 2, I pay $8.22 everyday but today it was charged $9.10, no receipt, napkins nor any utensils to eat with my slaw. The little girl at the window was very rude. Chicken looked bad, slaw was half filled and I threw away the hot lemonade along with the food. Worst service ever and I’m calling corporate.

The food we actually got was good but that was it. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. We ordered extra biscuits because my son only eats biscuits and when we got all the way home we realized that we didn't get any biscuits. My wife called the store and they informed her she could come and get them. Since we just drove all the way home we asked if we could just come in tomorrow and get some or a refund so we could eat our meal tonight still warm. She said come now and we asked again and then she just rudely said we don't do refunds and hung up the phone on my wife. We will not be returning if this is the kind of management this restaurant has!

Say in the lobby for 10 min to be told it was closed . Drive through only. Get in the drive through. Proceeded with order and the young man cut me off before I was done .. 3 times so I took my money right down the street to Gus’s fried chicken 🤷🏻‍♂️✌️. This company obviously doesn’t want your money, so put it into a local business that does ☺️
