Went through the drive thru and Denise was just amazing. The best customer service I've had in quite awhile. I want expecting it. She made my night with her positivity. You need to keep her at all cost. It is not easy to get customer service people like her.

Terrible service on 06/15/2022 at 7:05pm overcharged for a number 2, I pay $8.22 everyday but today it was charged $9.10, no receipt, napkins nor any utensils to eat with my slaw. The little girl at the window was very rude. Chicken looked bad, slaw was half filled and I threw away the hot lemonade along with the food. Worst service ever and I’m calling corporate.

The food we actually got was good but that was it. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. We ordered extra biscuits because my son only eats biscuits and when we got all the way home we realized that we didn't get any biscuits. My wife called the store and they informed her she could come and get them. Since we just drove all the way home we asked if we could just come in tomorrow and get some or a refund so we could eat our meal tonight still warm. She said come now and we asked again and then she just rudely said we don't do refunds and hung up the phone on my wife. We will not be returning if this is the kind of management this restaurant has!

Say in the lobby for 10 min to be told it was closed . Drive through only. Get in the drive through. Proceeded with order and the young man cut me off before I was done .. 3 times so I took my money right down the street to Gus’s fried chicken 🤷🏻♂️✌️. This company obviously doesn’t want your money, so put it into a local business that does ☺️

The manager and the her employee both had beautiful spirits last night. They had me and my lady laughing hard not to mention the fact that they didn't rush us and customer service was on point. ✊🏾🦁

Worst service ordered 24 bbq hot wings. Received 16 wings covered with half bbq sauce. Had to go back up there for 8 wings and still less sauce and to top it off they took the phone off the hook

Just went through drive thru, 20.00 fill up EXTRA CRISPY BS extra grease bucket!!! GROSS and y'all should be shut down. Oh my gosh look at that leg and only got one three thighs didnt want. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN go anywhere else

While I am loving the Chicken Pot Pies I don't like getting off work stopping for food getting home to discover not only was my order not the way I ordered it... items left out & chicken that's not the pieces order & then not fresh.
