Dunkin'

I went through the drive thru to pick up ice cream and the girl said they were closed. I said really? She said the ice cream portion of the business closes early. I guess you can’t buy ice at 8pm. I called today and they said the hours are the same for donuts or ice cream. That’s the young generation. LAZY. But they want to get paid.

We usually go to the Dunkin on 59 and North Ave in West Chicago. I was out with a friend the other day and saw this Dunkin so thought we would try on our weekly Mocha Blast trip. What a mistake. Asked for cinnamon and drizzle on top of our drink and didn't get it. Asked for chocolate long johns was told they have double chocolate. They ended up being donuts. The woman working the drive up window was for the most part unpleasant. Asked for a small cup of whipped cream for our dog. When she gave it to us, if looks could have killed, we would have been dead. While this is closer to home, won't go back at all. We will go back to West Chicago where the staff is pleasant and make your drinks the way you want them.

Typical Dunkin' experience you would expect except this location obviously holds their product as long as they can. I have tried multiple times, hoping for improvement from my local shop. Continuously stale donuts, bagels (shrinkflation is in full swing with the bagels) and old smelly muddy coffee.(reusing old filters or something). Bartlett residents try one of the many other locations instead. I see by the other new reviews I'm not the only one.

Absolutely the worst service I ever had in my entire life. I’ve been coming to this place because is closer to work. The first time I order in this local, they screwed my order bad. Im not the type of person that complains for small things. So I was like okay I understand they under a lot of pressure. Next time they would do better. I came to order the 2nd time, they screwed my order again. Went 3rd 4th 5th & 6th time and they continue to screw every single order. Not to mention they basically stole money from me. I did an order on the decir tegu & when I passed my card which I had money, they told me the card didn’t went through (it got declined) so I check my account because I was confused on why. Next thing I noticed this local took 20$ from my account, which I told them & they keep denying & didn’t get my order. I went the next day with proof that they indeed took my money. Manager extremely rude as well as the staff. I always have a bad experience & from now on I’m not going to get service there. I would give this a negative 5 start review I would definitely do it.

The employee taking our order in the drive thru was so rude. Then the 3 iced lattes i ordered were warm with a couple of iced cubes left unmelted. We were 1 of 2 customers present at the time- it was dead. When I pulled up the reviews for this location and saw all of the one star reviews for service, I laughed. Makes sense lol

Just came by the drive thru to pick up my large iced coffee made with oat milk and a shot of French vanilla- never thought I would get literal sugar in place of coffee. It was SO sweet. I came all the way back home and tried calling so they can replace it for me next time, but just my luck, no one is even picking up the phone. Not only that, but not a single employee working inside was wearing a mask which is honestly sad- no wonder cases are going up so much in Illinois. Especially if you’re handling my food, I would appreciate if you could simply put a mask on like every other person in the world. I don’t feel like getting sick. Thanks

I went to the Dunkin in Bartlett IL 60103 off of Rt. 59 today and ALL of the employees were NOT wearing masks. I asked if they are supposed to be wearing them and they said yes, but they were not wearing them. Also the coffee they made for me was horrible. I waited in line for 10 minutes and it was not worth the wait. I ended up throwing it out. If you are going to hire a bunch of teenagers to work, then a manager should be present at least. Not wearing masks is unacceptable and I will not be returning to Dunkin.

Very rude service. Asked if coffee was fresh employee replied NO, asked if he can make fresh and it seemed to be an inconvenience for him, this is a donut shop and I don't think it's too much to ask for fresh coffee. Also paid for a medium and was given a small. His attitude does not belong dealing with customers!
