Firehouse Subs

They have the best subs ever! The steak & cheese is great and the club on a sub are delicious!! The staff are friendly and tend to business quickly and professionally. I highly recommend using the app to order ahead-pick a time and it's ready on the "Online orders" shelf near the cash register - super convenient!

Second time an error made on my order in the last few months. Firs time, I just ate it as it still was good. This second time, no order at all though I had confirmation email. When requested refund, I was told rudely and incorrectly I had the wrong day (I did not). Then told it must be through a third party ordering. It was not, it was through their website. I understand mistakes happen, but don't accuse the customer before you even check. Plus, I was told I would be costing the individual employee money (??) so though I got charged but no food, I should feel bad about costing them money? Email given to me to request refund incorrect as well. The food is good, but service in the last few weeks has gone downhill. Use at own risk.

This is the place to get a sandwich! I think they serve about as good a sub as anyone could hope for. I enjoy trying different food each time I visit I haven't been disappointed yet. The meat is tender. The veggies are crisp. My favorite though has to be the bread. Every sub I get the bread taste fresh, soft, and warm. In my opinion it makes the sandwich. Melts in your mouth. Very satisfying!
