27Mar2022 - UPDATE - They renovated the inside, it's up to date and clean, however, you MUST order from a kiosk (no menus hanging from the ceiling) and, if you want a receipt you CANNOT print one, either email or text. The future is here. Cashier is always super friendly and upbeat which is a departure from what I normally get from fast food places. The food is good and the restaurant is clean. This is my go-to Taco Bell location.

After the remodel the store was super clean and modern, and service was amazing, but then quickly got worse and worse. The last few times I came here the service was so slow that the drive through was backed up out through the parking lot and into the street blocking traffic to several nearby businesses. They also keep closing the lobby, causing problems for the many people like myself who order for in store pickup to avoid the horrendous drive through, only to be told that we have to go through the drive through anyways.

Extremely disappointed. I’ve been coming here for over a year since I moved to the area. The service is hit or miss. Half of the time the drive through is closed. The other half of the time the service is extremely slow and low staffed. When the drive through is open, staff is very friendly. However, our orders are wrong most of the time and it takes forever to get them. Just today, I had staff completely ignore me and walk away as I was standing at the counter. I hate how this is the only Taco Bell in the area. I would go somewhere else if I could.

I really think they just experiment with recipes and serve WHATEVER the heck they feel like. I have never gotten a correct order that didn’t take at least 20 minutes wait in line… taco supremes? Nah- you get beef and lettuce! Quesadilla? Try it with ranch instead of what’s supposed to come on it! Tomatoes on your taco supreme? Okay, exactly 3 pieces of tomato per taco. Wilted lettuce. Dirty lettuce. The quality sucks here, they’re slow, they don’t follow the recipes. Honestly don’t understand how the ratings are as high as they are.

This is my first time going to this location just to pick up food for me an a few coworkers . It was the worst experience I had. I was placing an order for my coworkers and they messed up the order not only did they mess it up but when I spoke to them about it when coming back into the store the lady just took the bag for me and threw it in the garbage without letting me explain to her that these orders had specific customizations based on severe allergies to some items. I tried to explain that I could re write the order on the touch pad but no one listened to me just kept apologizing. they rushed me out as quick as possible with a bag an that was it. When I got back to my job I had to explain what happened since I only had 40 mins of a break to go do this! It was a complete mess an just very dissatisfied with the way it was handled. Most likely won’t come back to this location. They also don’t have a phone set since my coworker tried to call about the issue who has the allergy.
