Panda Express

Super rude in the drive through, ordered noodles and they were 60% cabbage, she also had me wait there for 5 minutes at the window for “fresh chicken”, which was not fresh, and also there was only 5 pieces of chicken on my plate. Absolutely would not recommend, food was not even worth the 5 minute drive from my house.

Update: After my awful experience 6 month ago that I posted below I went through the drive thru again today and had Angelica and Angie help me. They were so kind and all of the food we got was delicious. Specially my shrimp. They surely earned our business once again after today’s experience. Went through drive thru at 3:30 yesterday Saturday. They were out of white rice we would have to wait 20 minutes for it. My honey walnut shrimp was gross as you can see on the picture below. The 3 entree was ok but was not fresh. I used to frequent this Panda Express not one I will be going back to. The only reason why I gave it two starts is because of the very polite kid at the drive thru window.

Came at 8pm and was told they were out of all appetizers and over half of the entrees. Even though they're open until 930pm the staff said they would only serve what they already had, even though they did in fact have everything in stock, they just wouldn't cook anything else. If we wanted to be sure to get what we wanted that we would need to come by 630pm as they would probably still cook things then. They also had us pull into a parking spot for 15 minutes to wait on the few items they did allow us to order, then forgot the condiments we'd asked for so had to walk back up to the drive through window to get them without waiting in the line again. I had come to this location once before over a year ago and had a similar experience but thought at the time it was a COVID supply/food shortage issue, now I realize it's simply the way they operate.

Worst panda express I've ever been to. Didn't have Rangoons. Could barely understand the gal taking my order. Didn't have straws?! And told me it was gonna be a 20min wait...when no one was in front of me. I used to work at a Panda Express and there's no dish that should take 20min. And all of these complaints were different visits. Not gonna waste my time going back here.

The food is really good and they give generous portions. The service is somewhat lacking. The people mumble most of the time while you're ordering and you can't understand them, and the drive thru is very slow. And heads up - they'll probably be out of the drink you want. Every time we go they are out of one drink or another. All in all it's okay.

They're almost always out of something when I visit here. This visit they were all out of soy sauce and had a wait on chicken. I figured with the pandemic lots of place are having issues it's whatever. My issue is being told it'd be a 5 minute wait for my food. Here I am waiting in the parking lot for my food for 20 minutes before I go inside to check, and 5heyre huddled in a corner talking amongst themselves, don't even ask that I'm standing there for a bit before asking what I needed. They didn't even have my food ready, they started preparing it when I mentioned I'd been waiting. Terrible service and experience.

This time I don’t took any pic. I can’t describe how was the food I can say honestly: horrible. We arrived at the end of the shift but unfortunately we don’t check the containers: big mistake… our surprise was at home. Are the 20 dollars worst spend in the last time. With reason pandas express is empty a whole time!!! This happen in Apex …
