Dunkin'

I am a regular for the most part at this dunkin and when I go here in the early afternoon and get my latte sometimes it is made properly, but if this one particular girl is working at the time it is totally wrong, this has happened to me atleast 5 times and not exaggerating, but anyways they end up giving me iced coffee instead of my iced latte. But if I would give the night crew a rating they would get five stars I never have a problem with them and they always get my coffee right the first time. The girls on night shift definitely know what they're doing and it's not that hard to make coffee.👍☕

How come this Dunkin’ charges for a cup of water but I go to Starbucks and Dunkin’ from different locations and towns and they don’t charge me for a large cup of water. As soon as I go to Austintown Dunkin’ you people try to charge me two dollars for two cups of water. I don’t understand because the Starbucks in Boardman and the Dunkin’ in Boardman and Youngstown always gives me a free water. It’s weird how you charge for water. It’s water with no flavor, nobody else charges me for WATER. I go to Starbucks and get free water and a free large cup of ice so be better. I would give you zero stars if I could but it won’t let me go that low.
