I am a regular for the most part at this dunkin and when I go here in the early afternoon and get my latte sometimes it is made properly, but if this one particular girl is working at the time it is totally wrong, this has happened to me atleast 5 times and not exaggerating, but anyways they end up giving me iced coffee instead of my iced latte.
But if I would give the night crew a rating they would get five stars I never have a problem with them and they always get my coffee right the first time. The girls on night shift definitely know what they're doing and it's not that hard to make coffee.👍☕

Never open on time. Says they open at 4:30 but the people inside dont tend to the drive thru. Drove to the meridian store instead.

This dunkin and the one on Salt springs road by Route 80 are the best dunkin donuts in the area. This dunkin is always busy in morning/afternoon and the employees do a amazing job to fill orders. The drinks, food and donuts are always fresh and delicious. They always make my drinks to my liking.

Only reason for this is the sign out front says 24 hours for dt. But then there's a sign by speaker saying staffing issues opening at 5am. So it's like is it open or close when I go at 230am.

Great food, just don't eat anything with their sausage in it. It has a weird chemical taste to it that's a bit bothersome. Coffee is always good, just can't go wrong with the Coffee. Donuts are pretty good but really sweet. Freshness goes with the time of day.

How come this Dunkin’ charges for a cup of water but I go to Starbucks and Dunkin’ from different locations and towns and they don’t charge me for a large cup of water. As soon as I go to Austintown Dunkin’ you people try to charge me two dollars for two cups of water. I don’t understand because the Starbucks in Boardman and the Dunkin’ in Boardman and Youngstown always gives me a free water. It’s weird how you charge for water. It’s water with no flavor, nobody else charges me for WATER. I go to Starbucks and get free water and a free large cup of ice so be better. I would give you zero stars if I could but it won’t let me go that low.
