Mcdonald's

Was about 10:30pm when we stopped in for some food on our way home after our flight from Miami to Baltimore for in around 9pm. To a while for anyone at the drive through to acknowledge we were there. After ordering we pulled around, no one was at the first window so I pulled ahead to the second. When the lady FINALLY came to give me my soda, she told the kid working that I didn't pay at the first window. When we paid he turned around and walked away... walking right past our bag. A minute or 2 later the other lady returned and handed us the bag, which had already had ALL of our food, and said "here's you for awhile"... I'm sorry I'm not waiting for anything else. The people working here didn't say thank you. They were rude, and had there been any other place to eat, I would have walked there instead of driving here. Terrible service and they expect $15 an hour??? Get some customer service skills and learn to get orders right first!

I don't normally leave a bad review for a place but when the prices were way above a normal McDonald's pricing I can't just not say something. My family and I were driving down Market street and saw this place. We decided to try it and yeah the total was over $30.00 for a double quarter pounder, a regular hamburger, 6pc nuggets, a small happy meal, and 2 small shakes. I'm not a McDonald's expert but this should have been around$20.00. Not to mention it took over 20 minutes to receive the order. So I personally will not go back and hope this problem gets fixed for future customers. And the food was below average so I hope this location improves. Good luck to any future customers I hope your experience is better.

If you say that you're open until a certain time, you should be open until that time. I did restaurant management for years and while it was frustrating when customers came in at the last minute or the last 15 minutes, it's our job. It is not that hard to make it fast food burger. Is incredibly frustrating to drive somewhere and realize that they are not open when they say that they are. And to see people inside, working, closing early and ignoring the drive-thru is ridiculous.

Went through drive thru on E. Market St. around 7:10 a.m. on Feb. 17, 2022. Ordered a mocha frappe with no whipped cream or drizzle. Of course, I received drizzle. My husband ordered a large decaf coffee with 2 creams. His coffee was served black, no cream. Not sure but maybe a new employee. Not good!
