Mcdonald's

They mess up my order EVERY single time I’m there. If you’re looking to stop at mcds, go to the deforest one just a few miles down the road. This place is a joke. Every single time I’ve been there they’ve messed up my order. Not to mention their drive thru times are WAY too long. And I feel bad for the workers, I used to work there so I know how the managers are. And I know the amount of hard drugs they use. I don’t blame the crew, I just feel terrible for them. I hope they can find better managing. Cause man is this place is awful.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for over 20 years and for the last 6 months I have had the best service every time so I now drive out of my way to come to this location. They always tolerate my cook-to-order request with a smile and the woman who usually works the pick up window is the sweetest person I’ve met. She went above and beyond today and brought 2 extra nuggets and a bottle of water to my car because she noticed my dogs seemed thirsty (we were on our way home from the dog park) and that level of customer service is hard to come by these days. I didn’t get her name but she and the manager are both the reasons this is my favorite mcdonalds location.
