Pizza Hut

So they left our pizza two floors below our apartment, in 30° weather. Didn't notify us of the failed delivery. Pizza was cold by the time i found it ,when I decided to call after 20 minutes of waiting after estimated delivery time.They added $25 to my account (okay cool way to make it up). We decided to give it another shot tonight and use that $25. WELL. That wad a bad idea. Delivery showed up on time, but this time we're missing a slice of the pizza.... Thankfully someone we knew was the culprit, but he somehow got the driver to agree to give him a slice of pizza on the way? How is that acceptable? Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be ordering again!

I've been ordering food from this pizza hut 3-4 times a month now for about a year. Spending on average 23-30 $ per order. Then I found the ap that gives you points for your order. And today was the 1st day we realized we earned enough points for a free med 2 topping pizza. So with a little giddiness from earning our free pizza we began our order. Only to get to the end and be told that we had not met the limit of spending to get OUR FREE PIZZA. It told us that we had to spend another 13$ to meet the requirement of the FREE pizza. No where in the ads does it say you have to spend a minimum in order to secure that which is suppose to be free. And to top it off taxes were added to the 5$ delivery fee. To my knowledge you can't charge taxes for a " service". So in reality guys the free food u "earn" with the point program comes with a heavy price tag. Shame on you pizza hut. If you won't honor your own program why should we continue to have faith in you. Or give you our money. 2 months later and I still have not nor will I ever order another pizza from this or any pizza hut establishment.

I arrived in the curbside pick up and checked in but after waiting 10 minutes decided to call only to find out my pizza have been ready for 20 minutes and they just hadn’t noticed the confirmation notification. I was already in a hurry so I didn’t have time to wait for them to make another one. Too bad because the pizza was terrible; no one ate it.

I tip 20% when ordering. It doesn't make a difference. The drivers don't pause to make sure the order is correct. I've had to put my bread sticks in the oven because they were raw. They have sent meat on meat free pizzas. They do deliver on time. It's just that the order is generally unsatisfactory.
